The Liberation Initiatives are fuelled by a passionate, diverse team, dedicated to creating genuine, positive reform.
The TLI Pledge unites organisations across all industries in one common goal: fighting the social and economic disadvantages faced by marginalised communities.
The Liberation Initiatives uses our knowledge, connections and partnerships to educate, motivate and enable your organisation to break down the unacceptable barriers to equal opportunities for all.
By joining the Pledge, businesses are making a commitment to diversity and inclusion. With each simple but vital step you will adopt more conscious, considerate and inclusive practices..
What is The TLI Pledge?
The Pledge is a promise to marginalised communities to do better to support their equal opportunities and put a stop to the savage injustices witnessed throughout history and today. By taking the Pledge, organisations are opening themselves up to a carefully guided process that has two main focuses:
Access to TLI’s Diversity & Inclusion implementation framework that supports towards diversifying and bettering the sustainable success of organisations
Partnerships between companies and marginalised communities; including children, LGBTQ+, females and other under-represented adults with a heavy focus on the Black community
By working with The Liberation Initiatives, you will be accessing our knowledge and connections and the results will be authenticated and accredited by our renowned standards.
Being a diverse and inclusive organisation requires continuous improvement. Alongside working with you to complete the inaugural six-step process, the Pledge is an annual commitment and by signing each year you will receive:
- The TLI Pledge logo which shows that you are working with us on our Diversity & Inclusion implementation framework
- Updates on government legislation
- Support to implement any new policies
- Required training using our various communication channels.
