The Liberation Initiatives was founded on this very principle. Today, TLI is fuelled by a passionate, diverse team with a wide range of experience in the corporate, education and charity sectors who are each dedicated to creating genuine, positive reform.
Through our work, we are taking action to educate, motivate and challenge others to foster practices that will re-balance the state of diversity, equality and inclusion in today’s society. We are proud to support the leaders, businesses and communities working for a more just and equitable society.
We know that there are no prescribed answers or actions, so we work closely with organisations, conducting internal audits to create tailored and achievable strategies for organisations that will bring about genuine change. We prioritise responsible and sustainable solutions to create the biggest impact not only on individual organisations, but on customers and the entire community too.
We encourage leaders to take bold and effective steps to address specific organisational challenges and enlist everyone in the solution.
We work with organisations to craft a new workplace that is representative and inclusive of all groups as well as engaged in initiatives that are changing the future of equality.
